Stress has become an important part of our everyday lives. However in order to perform well at school or work one need to find some stress reliefs as it is impossible to work or study under a constant stress. 1 – Talk to someone:
If you want to feel much better do not hide your feelings. Talk to your friends or relatives about your problems and ask them for help if necessary. 4 – To keep from being consumed by stress and anxiety, make honesty your policy:
A little lie may seem like no big deal at the time, but in the long run, it’s probably not worth it. Studies have shown that even small lies can cause a great feel of guilt, and make people anxious that the truth will be found out.
5 – Delegate!
It’s easy to become overwhelmed when we attempt to retain personal control of every aspect of our lives. The result can be stress. Break jobs up into small doable portions and spread them around amongst your subordinates and coworkers at work. There is only so much on person can do! 6 – Try to visualize something calming:
This is important because if you are somewhere that does not allow for some sort of physical relaxation, you can try to imagine it and calm yourself down. An example would be to imagine the relaxing nature of a hot shower while you are at an office meeting.
As you can see, you don’t have to live with all of life’s stresses. Yes, some things are inevitable, but some things you can live without by making simple changes.
