According to a recent survey by ComPsych Corporation, a leading provider of employee assistance programs (EAP), which asked employees the simple question: How does stress impact your work? and provided multiple answers, the following were the results:
56.3% said “difficulty focusing on tasks”
21.0% said “errors and/or missed deadlines”
15.5% said “trouble getting along with coworkers/superiors”
14.9% said “missed days”
14.4% said “lateness”
28.1% said “other”
